I picked "intermediate" as I've kept 2.6 ball pythons and hatched out several of their clutches in the past, and kept and bred various ratsnakes. But I'm just getting started back in the game. Life circumstances dictated that I not keep snakes for 15 years. :(

I plan to breed, but I'm not counting on making any money out of it. If I can eventually produce a few good offspring to trade for other morphs I want then I'll be more than happy. But at the present, I'm buying my future female breeding stock and growing it up. I'll wait until later this year or next year to get the "guys" unless something I really really want comes along....

Re: poll-what kind of keeper are YOU?
    i'm a total n00by (novice hobbyist)! haha.
i'd love to have a total of 3 bp's, possibly a nicaraguan boa & MAYBE a brazilian rainbow boa as pets only.
i dont know if having that collection would bump me up to intermediate hobbyist or not but gaining "reptile keeper status" is not even on my agenda.
i have absolutely NO plans to breed either cuz i wouldnt make a dime in sales cuz i wouldnt be able to part with any babies.
then i'd shoot through and on to hoarder.

I would have to say that I am a novice going on intermediate but I learn something new everyday through research and just looking around and asking questions. My wife opened a pic folder on my computer that was labeled family expecting to see our kids but what see got was my snakes. What can i say....there were pictures of the kids holding the snakes at least.
