Another option may be to have it held in one of the cities it has to go through to make it to your destination. Find out what those cities are and maybe there is a forum member willing to help out and pick it up and reship if necessary. I know I would do it in a heartbeat.

I just got off the phone again with a supervisor who told me the same thing. Once the package is in transit, they can't upgrade the shipping method. I explained the severity of the situation and asked why they can't just call the station the shipment is being held at and have them put it on a next day air. I told them I'd pay any fees for whatever could be done, and still the same thing. As of right now they're stuck in Manchester, NH:tears:

There are members from the NH area here. Maybe one would be able to get the package if you can have it held. If someone can do that for you, I will pay for Priority Overnight for it to be shipped to you.

Thank you so much, I really appreciate the offer, but I don't know many people here and wouldn't even know where to begin looking for someone who would be willing to do something so generous.

Are the animals being held in Manchester? If so, how long will they be there for?

My god. This guy sounds like a real tool. I'll bet he shipped it UPS cause he's probably not even certd to ship reptiles. I'm hoping for you and them, you actually get two live snakes ...but in case you don't get live ones ...:tears:.... I would nail this guy for cruelty to animals....among other things. The heat is really bad.

I'm not sure how long they'll be there, as of right now that's the most up to date info I have on where they are, but for how long? I don't know.

Call them and find out if they can put an emergency hold on them and if someone else can pick them up for you.

That's what I'm talking about! :gj:

Don't take no for an answer. If they say no, ask for a supervisor. Be very clear that there are animals in there that are going to die. Tell them you want to find out if they can be held in Manchester for someone local to pick up.
