Hmmmmm.... methinks me sees a bit of a double standard here.
It's ok to use approved words to replace words that would otherwise involve infractions, meaningless words, but not other meaningless words.
Makes me glad to be a mere citizen.

Re: attitude
Hi,
It's more a case of the meaningless words being recognised as such rather than being mistaken as an attempt to swear without setting off the censor.
If we could teach computers to discern intent and nuance in these situations I'd be even more distrustful of the silicon psychopaths than I am now. :ninja:
But then I would also have more free time in which to remind engineers to include an off switch and a short power lead.

I thought it was pretty funny days ago already! Re. "fack" vs. "poot", I'd rather have completely unrelated, meaningless, bunch of gibberish letters that don't sound like anything compared to something close enough to make you think of the offending word. Nevermind hearing/seeing cuss words, I don't even want to be reminded of them. "WTF" falls into that category, IMHO.

If "WTF" bothers you that much you should really re-consider your time on the internet, IMHO.

So, instead of recognizing that my language isn't in the gutter, you're saying I'm online too much?

Just push the "ignore" button... There is one in your brain that works pretty good too.. "scary banana" somehow reminds me of a song by System of a Down LOL (attempt at a subtle subject change :D)
