Oh hell Brian if you try to win them all you will drive yourself nutsy. You simply cannot please all of the people all of the time and if you try the person you will please least will be yourself. I've been to your facility and I'm still in shock over what I saw. How you manage to deal with that many snakes, with that many employees with all their own quirks, with a wife and family, with a business - personally guy I don't know how you do it and remain the funny, friendly and informative guy my family met that day.
So a few people don't like a certain episode you did. So what. If that's the worst thing that happened to them this week - they live a charmed life I figure. :)
On a personal note, the little male Cinnamon we bought from you has grown up and turned into a VERY dedicated breeder LOL. Put him in with his first female and he was like "okay, where's your vent, let's get BUSY!". Take him out of her tub, he snarfs down a rat, grabs a drink, heads off to nap and then hangs around the front of his tub with a sort of "okay I'm set, where's my next lady" kind of look. Mike and I are looking forward to some lovely hatchlings sired by him this year. I'm hoping to get over your way again this summer since my teenagers didn't come with us last time and are dying to see your facility. Beth, my 15 year old who owns a female Albino Nelson's is wants to check out your colubrid room - we may never get her out of there! LOL
