Ah... good point.
I can live with that (like I will have one anytime soon).
I think now someone needs to get onto the super black pastel orange hypo pied. :)

Dr. Del jumped the gun and removed the pics imho.
No he did not, I would have done the same thing if I had came across your post before he did.

I never denied that I violated the terms.
But you are arguing because the staff removed your pictures that violates our terms :rolleye2:
Since this is not a first for you when it come to TOS violation I would highly recommend you yet again to get familar with our TOS
Re: Finally!!! The super black pastel pied pics!!!!!!
hhmm.. too much white for my taste but nice powerhouse snake nonetheless. Lets hope that variability will play more a factor as more of these are made. Perhaps this will act in an opposite way from the other pied combos, where the head has no color while the body will have various amounts of black and white. at least I can dream for that :D
Re: Finally!!! The super black pastel pied pics!!!!!!
I think that if IanG had the snake on display in a public venue, then he can't say you cannot take pictures of it. Once you take the picture, it's YOUR picture, to show or not show. Just because it's on photobucket doesn't mean it's public domain.
Now, I'm not certain on the 1st point, since a reptile show is OPEN to the public, but is a PRIVATE venue.
At any rate, the TOS are clear, you know you violated them, and putting credit on the picture(after the fact) is not enough when you hotlinked to the photobucket, when the photobucket wasn't the rightful owner of the picture. I think you just wanted to share a cool picture, but did it the wrong way.
It seems to me that most of the pied combos end up being way too high white to really maximize the potential coolness. Of course we won't know until several of the combos are produced to compare to each other. $30K for that snake seems low in price compared to what I'd have thought it would be priced at. Maybe that's the economy.
Anyone have a guess at how many super cinnamons or super black pastels there are out there?
Re: Finally!!! The super black pastel pied pics!!!!!!
I dont think that snake is what you think it is. I would like to know what the breeding was to get that snake.
Re: Finally!!! The super black pastel pied pics!!!!!!
For the record...the admins of this site 100% back up the actions of Derek (dr del) and the discussions of Deborah in this thread. Our "hotlinking" rule does not typically apply to sites like photobucket because their entire purpose is to allow folks to host and post images freely. HOWever....this fact does NOT negate ownership of images and it is still against our rules to post someone else's pictures. And while we can't always know when someone is doing this...when we DO know, our staff will take appropriate actions.
JasonG has been asked to cease arguing this point in this thread, so I would also ask the rest of you to let it drop as well, because he should not respond.
Re: Finally!!! The super black pastel pied pics!!!!!!
After a good nights sleep and looking back on the argument I would like to apologize to everyone.
While we may all disagree on this one, it is your site to moderate and I will respect your rules.
I was just trying to share a cool photo of one cool looking snake.
Have a nice day all.

Why do you doubt it is what it is supposed to be?
I know the first few that saw it claimed it did not look like what we thought it would... so surprised me that it looked *almost* exactly what I thought it would look like (minus the white head and hight white).
Any suspicions on what it is (if not a SBPP... paradox Black Eyed Lucy?).
