Brett Farve is arguably the best Qb of all time he deserves much more than what the Packers have been doing for about 2 years now. They've been pushing him out little by little. One more thing Eli will never compare to Peyton or any of the greats he's an average QB who one the Super Bowl Just like Trent Dilfer did, it was a total team effort that D line should have won MVP.

everyone is saying that the packers owe brett, they dont owe him anything football is big business. the athletes are paid very well to do a job. granted they are famous and the fans fall in love but the coaches and execs do not. when you are of no more need to the team they wash their hands of you no matter the sport or how good you were.

I bet Brett would play for pennies...and again...it is a business...and Brett is the best thing to happen to Green Bay since Vince Lombardi...I think the Packers organization should grant Brett what he wants...I mean they did put him on the reserved retirement list, that is the first mistake the organization did, because they left this opportunity on the table and didn't close it. I just know I wouldn't be the bafoon who benches a legend. Give him what he wants. :salute:

    I'm sure he would.
But I've seen his house. It sure isn't made of pennys. ;]
I respect Brett more than any other NFL player. What'll happen to him, I couldn't have a clue.

He isn't the best ever...I'd say easy top 5. The thing with Brett is he never had near the weapons that many of the other hall of famer QB's have had. And he has always had an OK o-line. Brett was/is ;) the best of making do with what he has...last season, he had 5 go to WR...most of them no one had heard of...so no he isn't the best ever...but he is one of the best ever. ;) :salute:

Who's your best? Mine is Farve I never had a #1 I use to think John Elway Joe Montana Steve Young and Dan Marino were the best for me. Like you said Brett did the most with less.
