my purpose? to seek information that i dont understand, and to help others that need it.

now, my reasons for kinda waiting on it, he was constantly making jokes, starting arguments, continuing arguments even beyond what was funny, i was personally annoyed, idk how alot of others felt about it. i never saw the post that caused the final banning, all i can recollect from is the continuous "jokes" and stuff that was coming from him.

also, just because i say i was waiting, does not mean it was like "oh i hope he gets banned" heck no, im not like that, more or less it was a "eek, he just say that?" or "what was his purpose in saying that?" stuff like that, i knew that eventually his comments would catch up to him - not to mention, sometimes even tho i get his jokes, and most of us regulars get the jokes, the new kids/people dont understand that that is just how he is, and he is kidding... so... yah know...

ohh, and personally, i did think he was very knollageable or however you spell that... and he gave me some great feedback, but that does not change anything when the added up infraction points get to the banning point :rolleyes:

Well, if we told you, we'd get infraction points ourselves... I'll just say it's not something you'd want you're children repeating:rolleyes:

John was very close to the limit of infraction points as Connie mentioned. The mods/admins here are very conservative when handing out infraction points, but the fact remains that John is an 'R' rated user in a 'PG' rated forum. He is very helpful, but can be a little too colorful at times which can add up the infraction points.

The infraction system was put in place in order to be as unbiased as possible to ALL users. If anyone has any questions or concerns regarding the infraction system, please feel free to PM a mod or admin.

So is the ban permanent?

And now is suddenly up to 151??? The only way that could have happened would be to earn one of the 50 point infractions of either disrespecting a mod or disrespecting the site. Since It can't be found on the forums it would either be a post that was deleted or something in pm. It's a shame.....

yeah. he is an 'R' rated user but it is quite entertaining.. wont the forum become boring if people here all act too 'PG'? just a question though...

the forum isnt here to be entertaining its here to be informative so no it wont be boring being PG. Lets not all be blind here and make it seem like Jas was an angel that got banned bc of 1 post or 1 comment. Plain and simple... were all adults... if you want to act like a child then go play on a play ground.
