The Patriots got whipped up and down the field, period. Do you ignore the facts? Brady was knocked down 18 times, sacked five times, and fumbled once. 25 of thier first 40 plays went for 0 or negative yards. In the AFC Championship, Brady threw 3 interceptions. The only reason they went to the Super Bowl was their defense because the Chargers couldn't score without LT on the field. With LT, the Chargers win the AFC Championship game more than likely.

They cheated and now Congress wants to know more, not to mention the $250,000 fine to the team and $500,000 to Belichoke. In the Ravens game, the official allowed Rex Ryan (defensive coordinator of the Ravens) to call a timeout on the fourth down that would have ended the game with a Patriots loss. The NFL Rule Book clearly states that only the head coach or a player in the field of play can call a timeout. The Ravens did have the game taken away from them without question.

Belichoke was a sore looser and was called a jerk on ESPN Radio for his post game attitude, and he did dress like a BUM for the game. Brady and Moss both withdrew from the Pro Bowl so they could sit at home and whine some more. I didn't really care to see them play again this year anyways.

Tony Kornheiser, Shaun Salsbury, and John Clayton (various NFL "EXPERTS" from ESPN), said six weeks ago that no one would beat the Patriots, and now I sure hope they like the taste of grilled crow.

What about Brady laughing off the prediction of Plexico Burress of only 17 points? Seemed a little generous by Plex if you ask me. What about earlier in the day when ESPN did a segment and titled it "Who will win the Super Bowl and Why"? Of course, they picked the Patriots.

The only person associated with ESPN to pick the Giants to win was the old guru himself, Beano Cook. Also Frank Caliendo picked the Giants.

NOW WE KNOW WHY THEY PLAY THE GAME!!!

Last, but not least, I saw a documentarty on CNN, not to mention any names, that was set to air within 30 minutes of the end of the Super Bowl about the life and times of Bob Craft (Patriots Owner). I can only think they thought the ratings would go through the roof after a Patriots win. Choke Choke cough cough gag gag.

CONGRATULATIONS GIANTS AND THEIR FANS FROM A LIFE LONG COWBOYS FAN. THE GIANTS DESERVED IT.

I grew up in New Jersey not far from Giants Stadium and have been a fan for as long as I can remember. I'm currently living in Boston and going to college here. On Sunday I had to run some errands so I wore my Jacobs jersey to show my BIG BLUE pride. While on the T (subway) I had quite a few people talk smack to me about how the Pats were unbeatable and how I was a jerk to wearing my jersey. I even had one guy stop traffic so he could yell a few choice words out his window. This morning I had to head downtown for work and I wore my jersey again. Not a single person said a word to me. They all just gave me dirty looks in attempts to hide their shame.

They should be ashamed of their team. Not because of the loss, but because of their actions after the game. Brady not shaking Eli's hand, leaving the field before the game was over and such. Brady said his foot wasn't hurt that bad before the game, and now he and Moss are too injured to play in the Pro Bowl. GIVE ME A BREAK!!!

I bet we don't hear from them guys for a long time, and that is just fine with me.

One of my favourite memories of football was last year's playoffs when Indy put out New England... I called a friend living in England and woke him up in the middle of the night from the bar singing "Indy beat New England" over and over....

This year, it was over msn because I didn't have the Aussie number yet, but the chorus was much the same... "The Giants crushed New England, the giants crushed new england"...

Both will be going down as my two most memorable games - I've always loved watching NE get thier butts handed to them and for the most part think they're often over rated.

Hopefully next year Detroit can crush their super bowl hopes and then I'm going for the trifecta!
