Welp I just received this guy in and got him situated in his new home... Can honestly say I was dissapointed with his color in person... In this pic his head looks extremely red and throughout his body ... When I got him out his head was more orange than red and there was pretty much no real red coloration throughout his body like you see in this picture... Kinda hard for everyone else to tell bc you guys dont have another pic of him to compare but do you think its possible to photo shop this pic to make it look more red?? I'm not sure if he was fresh outta shed and right now he may be nearing shed?? After he gets a meal in him I'm going to throw up some new pics so everyone can compare them to this pic... Either way I was very impressed with his personality... came all the way from texas and was very calm and relaxed when I got him out of the bag. Hes a big dude... 943g's... Anyone think its possible he may have been bred already??

Since I didn't want to start a new thread on the same thing, i will post my pic here. This is one of my normal girls, but she also resembles a cinny.

I still like him and think he has great potential. At 900+ grams, I would bet that he's been bred, but probably hasn't been kept long enough to breed back to any of his daughters. If I were you, thats exactly what I'd be doing. Hold back all of his daughters, not just the ones that might look a little bit like him.

Wow, that's quite a difference. I think the photo is not a true representation of the animal. It's very easy to tweek settings on your camera to get different hues and tones, and I think that's what was done.

If he proves out, that's fantastic! Personally though, I would be disappointed too.

I'm not too worried bc he still doesnt look like any other ball Ive seen... He may not have that bright red coloring but he still has a wicked pattern and blushing that I've never seen before. I've compared him to my normal and other pics or normals and although hes not red like the pics hes def not normal looking. I do think Wyatt pulled a fast one on me with the whole camera BS and thats a dirty dirty move... I just dont get it... why cant people do business the RIGHT way?? Always room for a shady move like this to get people to jump all over the sale...

Everyone please note this... When im selling babies in 09' and on ...NOTHING like this will EVER happen with me, my snakes, and my customers... What you see is what you get... no photo tweaking, no sending a different snake... nothing shady!! Doing things the RIGHT way

Yeah, quite a difference between pictures, but he still looks "different" to me. Either way he'll be fun to prove out, and who knows, maybe you'll get to name a morph!

I for one have tons of problems getting my camera to take true colors. Yellow in particular. Some times it's way lower than real on yellow and sometimes way higher.

These pictures are higher yellow than real. I think these actually look a lot like your new male.

Regardless of the before and after pics (Lighting in rooms can impact on pics from room to room) I think he is worth every penny. I wouldn't be disappointed, I'd do what Mark said, breed him and then breed him to some of the daughters.
