Re: Our first BEE!
I keep coming back to this post. :) I love your bees.
I really love bees and I hope I land one.
My clutch of 6 eggs from a Spider X Pastel is on its 51st day of incubation.
I been praying everyday.
Congrats again.

Davy,
Have you tried candling them yet? I successfully candled 2 of those Bees, and atleast knew that there were 4 Spider patterned animals in the clutch (I candled on day 42). I think you may be able to get an idea right now about what you are going to get.

I tried but I can't really tell, but they all have a baby inside of them. This year is my first time breeding since I got into the Ball pythons in 2004, so I'm kinda a newbie in breeding ball pythons but I bred a lot of other reptiles.
I'll try to candle them again tonight. What should I look for, the bee pattern?
Thanks Tim and Monica

Davy,
You should easily be able to pick the Spider patterns out from the Normal patterns. As far as Bees go, it takes a little closer look, but to me, the black striping appears to be thinner than the striping on a Spider. Let me know how it goes of you try candling tonight. Or if you need to, give me a call.

Thanks, I will look out for that pattern you say tonight. I try to do it now and some of the babies are to the back. :(
Can I give you a call?

Sorry Charlie, I didn't know your name, so I was using your screen name. No problem with the call. I normally get home around 5:30 pm, so after that is the best time to call, however, if you need to call before then, PM me, and I'll give you my cell number.
