What did you do today?

can't remember what i did yesterday but today:

woke up at 7:30 which is waaaaaaaay too early in my world. normally i get up around 9:30-10
talked to my eldest daughter on the phone while she walked to work.
got served coffee in bed by my hubby.
gandalf the grey... our oldest corn snake came into bed for a little cuddle time... more like... slither away fast time LOL
drake came out to check his face (no added swelling)
snakes got their water changed

silkworms got counted (400 in packages of 20) and ready to go to the petstore, the rest got fed.
silkworm moths done breeding were fed to chameleon
all the fish tanks got their lights turned on and then fed.

got daughter to feed her critters (ratties and bunny... and fish) and eat something so we could leave.

off to get hair cut. 11am
then to iris to order new frames for my daughter.
back in car and off to another town... about 45 minutes away to deliver silkworms.

found out employee had her baby 3 days ago and was coming into the store so i waited around to gush over baby.
macdonals nuggets for daughter.
off to mall to buy baby gift.

stop in for sushi

drive home... hit another two petstores on the way.
get home... off to video store to rent dvds.
come home... watch 'alpha dog'
turn off all fishtank lights
hubby got home at end of movie (9pm)
finally get to computer and reply to emails and do a quick check on the forum and now i'm off to bed.

and yup... i did not get around to walking the dog myself today... my kids did the walks instead of me. :rainon:

Today: Worked a full 8 hours due to end-of-month, and Mark is tattooing all day anways. Shopped for groceries on lunch hour. Got mild case of justified road-rage when person in front of me was going 40 in a 55 mph zone.. passed my first vehicle since starting to drive! :) Went home and cleaned barn to let horses in and prepare for much-need rain/thunderstorm heading our way. Dinner: Rice and Golden Mushroom Campbell's soup garnished with shredded parm cheese.. mmm!

Did laundry, cleaned snakes, lizards, frogs, clean basement, garage, library,kitchen. Feed and water everyone but snakes. Was supposed to go horseback riding, too many critters to clean. House has to be perfect. I started vacation today and have 2 dinner parties slated for the week. AAURGHH!!


Must get off computer!! Have to work!!!:(

I ended my day with some fun laundry and kitchen cleaning.. lol. I had to put all of our bedding through the wash and then the antibacterial/microbial dryer setting.. but it will be nice to sleep with fewer microbes! ;)

Did some house cleaning; cleaned 6 reptile water bowls and some spot cleaning (need to do a full cleaning of my BP's tank tomorrow); brought the veiled chameleon, tegu, trinket snake and red american toad our son found to our favorite local pet store to show them off, they have a female veiled chameleon that likes to put on a dance when we bring ours :D ; a local guy that does reptile rescue was there (my wife has talked to him a few times before), arranged to go to his house to look at the small collection he has; went to his house (brought our new BP that won't eat), met his wife & BIG dog, met his reptiles including a pair of beautiful agamas, an alligator lizard (very rare), and a few more common snakes and lizards; he said the BP should never have been sold - he thinks it has never had it's first meal or shed; he gave as another screened cage for our chameleon and a few reptile magazines; we went home and he and his wife went to talk to the pet store that is selling the too young BP's; put kids to bed; sat at computer checking forums; time for bed.
