Gee, wish I had a nickel for everytime a judge has said that to me or my friends. Standard judge speak.

Like was said she just needs to suck it up. 45 days is not that big of a deal especially when she is really only going to do 23.

I would bet some poor youngin from Watts would have gotten more than 45 days.

I disagree with this, but that's really ok. I'm glad we can both agree that Paris just needs to get it over with. There's no way you'd catch me crying in the back of a police car knowing I had broken the law! lol

Just to clear that up

That being said i think her 45 day sentence was a little harsh but i do agree she shouldnt have been let out early that is special treatment

I understand what your getting at, but this happens for almost every actor, pro athlete, anyone with money out there. Not everyone that has to go out and earn a living gets let off with an easy sentence. I also feel no matter who you are if you drink and drive there should be a set time to do in jail, for example If I get caught speeding I pay the ticket get the points etc, same should go for actors actresses etc. but it doesnt work that way. Just my opinion though.

Also 45 days for a DUI I think it should be more, what if she injured or killed someone would you still feel the same way?

No it was their second DUI and i totally agree that Drinking and Driving is wrong and they probably should have gotten more time, They also had to pay a bunch of fines, take classes do a chemical Evaluation and be on probabtion, but the jail time was short. Im just saying that Paris's time the judge probably gave her the harshest sentence he could with no house arrest time or comm service and i think he did that to make an example out of her. Also people are angry about the "good time" shes getting but also thats not special treatment. She Does deseved to be punished but she should'nt be punished in a way just to make everybody else happy. I do agree that she shouldn't have been let5 out of jail thats B.S.

A sherif in AZ that Runs "Tent City" offered to take her free of charge from LA county.

Tent City is a place in AZ that is a Jail. All inmates are given the minum requirments and sleep outside in tents year round. Men are dressed in Pink from head to toe and females are given grey. They work from the time they get up to when they go to bed.

LA turned down Tent City offers.

I feell that it would have been a fitting place for her. She keeps fugeing up she needs to do the time.

LOL Tent City is a great place... erm, from the outside that is. :D
I think every jail in the US should be like that, maybe then people would think twice before doing stupid things and landing their butts in jail a million times.

yeah I would have to agree. She also wouldnt have been seperated from the general populas. (something I feel she deserves, she screwed up so she needs to have the full jail experance no light treatment)

you know the movie I liked her best in? House of Wax. She dies.

Also I doubt that she got out for "mental problems" This unexplaned illness seems a little more ... well like the big "A". she is so thin and sickly looking, she is a poster child for aids.

You know, it's one thing to want justice for all equally, but I think it shows extremely poor character to wallow in another's misery, as I see so much of in this thread. I'm a bit disgusted, to be quite honest.
