ACCCK! I phoned the therapist and she says I must do the following:

1. Find a dead chicken.

2. Go outside on the next full moon and spin around 4 times.

3. Chant loudly to the chicken..."I quit you Jimmy...I quit you Jimmy"

This will apparently do the trick.

(personally I think my therapist needs a therapist!)
