    HI,
Sorry about the temp thing, the really good is all his boa's are fed fresh thawed, I have female sister of your male that takes a fuzzie off the floor no effort, this really make keepin a breeze, hey what happens if you loose power in your neck of the woods, do you have a back up plan,.
I lost power a couple years ago with a hurricain it didn't bother the snakes I really hated the heat, and that genrator was about 10 bucks a day to run..
    to keep my feeder frozen.
your snake will improve with every shed and will really pop at age 2. I have one of the brothers coming too if the weather is good.
Most commons will darken as they age not CLays pastels, and if you breed this one he will have some awsome babies. you better get a female on lay away..
    hehe

I got about 20 heat packs from Walmart. We have lost power for as long as 8 hrs at a time. I am thinking I might have to wait until spring to get this baby. I have e-mailed clay back and forth several times, he is very good to work with. I guess the good thing is that I wanted a bigger meatier snake and by the time he gets here he should be that way.

It's true... think about it this way: you're getting a yearly for the price of a baby :) And you don't even have to feed him!

I'll be praying to the weather Gods to give you some warm weather though ;)

The low temps never rise above 25 for the next few days. I doubt it will get warmer. I wonder how pet shops get them up here.

These pics are ones Clay Enlish had posted on his auction. I bought this snake from him and will have it shipped when it warms up. It is a male High Orange BCI. I do not think it is a Hogg Island of any sort. A few people more familiar with Clay's snakes will know more about that than me. I got him for $60 + $40 for shipping.

He's got some really nice orange there, but I don't think he'll look like my HIB. Most likely he will be quite a bit darker, but he may have some salmon-ish coloration as an adult.

    He's most definitely a colombian.

He will overnight UPS it to me. He will be packed with heat packs and stuff. It is perfectly safe when its warm out. I just have sub zero temps until about April.
