    Right on, I may offer her a small rat to hold her over til she sheds and then continue with medium rats. Again, thanks for offering your expertise on this subject. All of you previous posts and videos online have been incredibly helpful and informative in making my decision to work with SD retics and i greatly appreciate your input.

    Found the face rub/pushing issue...
    Well, Phyllis shed yesterday and her face abrasions healed up perfectly! The two little raw spots under her chin scabbed and came off with her shed and she's all back to normal. Thanks for all the suggestions everyone!
