Pretty little boy you got there. My female pastel started out on my mice when she was that size mainly because they were cheep locally. Mind you that didn't last long [emoji13] I order from rodentpro.com now makes ordering for my multiple snakes easy or in your case food for a year. Of course you'd have to check your local laws I'm not sure how things work in Canada

Just wanted to clear something up being from Canada, its only the province of Alberta that has a rat ban and I believe it only applies to LIVE rats. I don't believe it has anything to do with already dead frozen rats. Im in Canada and can easily buy frozen rats for my python.

I live in Canada. Never have any issues getting rats. I realize this is a province thing. Have you tried Kijiji? Either check their in the "other pets" category, or simply order them online.
