Do you pet your bp?

My albino is shy, so I wouldn't pet him while he's in his cage, but after I take him out, I can put him on my lap, holding part of him with one hand and stroking his sides with the other. I have to go slow with him though.

My normal is pretty unaware that he's a ball python. He's hardly ever head shy, will let himself onto my arm after opening his cage, and is content just hanging around in bed. He gets lots of pets and holdings and shoulder time. From multiple people too. He's content sitting around a stranger's neck and licking their face for long periods of time. He comes out from his hide to sit on top of it for a little white every morning when I wake up, and wanders about right before I go to bed, like clockwork every day.

In the evening I find it relaxing to hold a ball while watching tv or playing on computer. not sure if I pet them well ya I do like a dog when u don't realize ur petting them lol. Some of my friends think I'm a bit strange but that's what they like about me lol.
