Can you setup something like this in a home?

I suppose you could, but it would take some planning and the initial work would be fairly expensive. Then you'd have to source your C02 tank and 30 lb. 'bag in a box' soda syrup.

I quit drinking any soda or pop over 8 months ago. Did it cold turkey and I couldn't be happier. It was expensive and so fattening its not even funny!! Not to mention bad for your teeth!
But before that when I was drinking 2 or 3 pops a day it was coke, rootbeer, dr pepper or jolt cola

You can buy the bags of syrup at Costco or Sam's club ;)

Then sourcing them is not an issue, haha...I've never been in those stores.

Well, I can't say about anything else, but A&W on tap is much creamier and richer in taste, almost feels thick in your mouth, and it's very smooth.
Bottled or canned A&W is thinner in flavor and usually has a bit of a bite from the heavy carbonation. On tap is very different in taste. Even my kids noticed the difference the first time we took them to and A&W stand and tried it.
