Shark and skate poorly prepared are nasty but well prepared are quite good. Delicate flavour. Swordfish is not fishy in my experience, my dad always said fish that tastes or smells fishy is old. I am quite fussy with fish growing up in a fishing community anything 8 hours out of the water is old.

When I was living in Florida we was catching Atlantic Sharp Nose sharks or big (3-4 feet) Bone Head
When You bleed them and prepare with garlic, butter and lemon pepper (Lawrys is the best) they awesome...
But what we did too... was cutting meat in to thin strips.. dust it in spiced Cajun frying mix and deep fried that stuff..
As hot beer snack never had anything better :gj:
Uhhh I believe I'm going to the fish store today and gonna make some shark teriyaki for a dinner :P

There is a Thai candy that is made with processed fat, cane sugar and ginger. My neighbor when i was young was Thai and she gave us some. Think about eating a room temp. piece of steak fat covered in sand and ginger.. MMMM..

I ate Caviar before. After seeing it in movies about rich people i was expecting it to be great.
It tasted horrible. Maybe not the worst thing i have eaten but its up there.
