I have a its email where says that it regards also the price obviously at a distance of 1 year the costs of animals have decreased, I do not have 10,000$, second you my customers wait for 1 year in order to withdraw own animals? what say I to they? I have had to by force modify escudendo gradually animals that cancelled to me, giving behind to they all the money, making an ugly figure with they mike I have spoken about you to hamm show, he friendly beloved and person much serious one in my comparisons, I always buy from he, I have bought from ralph Davis had etc. no problem only with allen belcher this problem, you do not have justifications… is a shame of that you are…

I can not control the government and neither can any of you. The permit will be in when they process it and not any sooner. Christian has flip-flopped animals on me several times during this process. If he would have had a better idea of what he wanted and not had to change the paperwork and start over then maybe he would have the animals by now. There was not a problem until I made him lock his animals in and would not allow him to change the snakes around that I have been holding-feeding-cleaning for him. I made him put the money down as I do on all new over seas clients for the first couple of orders. Christian has over $10,000.00 in animals on hold with me total. I am not letting him out of his agreement with me and when cities arrives he will be given the option to finish our contract or forfeit his money. I have explained this several times to him. I am tired of his childesh behavior and name calling. Funny how a computer can make a really big man out of some people. I have read the posts on this site and the other one. I took the bull by the horns and called Mike Wilbanks myself. Both Mike and myself agreed that I would not be sending him any animals. Christian has not even talked to Mike about this. Mike can not and will not ship my snakes to Christian! I know that to some of you I have had everything from IBD to HIV and all in between. I am threatened all the time that if I don't go the extra mile that someone will put me on a forum. I go the extra step for people all the time that don't even ask for it, but I will not be bullied by anyone. I give alot away by kindness but I will not stand for someone to take anything from me. Funny thing is that years later I am still around producing and selling top notch snakes for a great price. Can't say that for some! C
Christian when you paperwork comes in I will notify you. If you don't want to finish your agreement then you will NOT get your money back. I have stated this to you before so this is no surprise.

All of which is your fault for promising services to which you have not delivered. The man deserves a refund. Plain and simple. Maybe next time you shouldn't offer to export animals if you can't make it work. The onus is on you here, not the buyer.

exact… beyond waiting for 1 year for having the cites, it does not want to give back the money and I do not have the animals, has said that if I do not take more the animals I lose all, account that I have given I do not see more,…. but when all this? perhaps between 2 -3 years I will have or the money or the animals? I must still be to wait for who? what?

Seriously - give the man back his money (it's the RIGHT thing to do). If your sales are as good as you proclaim all the time, you'll have no trouble moving the animals domestically.

Allen called me yesterday and as he said, I told him that I would not accept his animals for me to export. I only export my animals that I produce. I was a little shocked to hear that there was even a problem with Christian because he has always been easy to deal with.

Christian, my understanding is that you have a $2500 deposit with Allen. I have decided to give you that credit with me. Allen can keep the deposit and you two can be finished with each other. When you place your order for September Hamm, we will take the $2500 off the total so you will have your money back. If you want to accept this offer just let Allen know that he can now sell the animals that he was holding for you.

I am sure that I am producing most anything that you could want. I hope that you have learned a lesson here and will do all of your future business with me. I always bring you quality animals and there is no long wait.
