Wow that is nothing short of appalling. Lucky you found out that he was drinking.....I am floored they did not try to cover that up.
Hope you are feeling a little bit better ...though I bet you are pretty sore today!:( Get lots of rest and start a notebook and document everything you are feeling everyday. They will use that in court.

might have a broken rib. im going to the doctor tomorrow to get all checked out. Physical therapy starts soon as well. only good thing to happen today was i a woke to a 3 egg clutch from a pastel x a normal.

they put no where in the police report that he was drinking but they were talking about it at the scene of the accident. so i dunno wither he was drunk or not but he was off duty and the police report says it was a head on crash where clearly the pics show it was hit from behind then flipped.
