Hey remember if you don't have the capacity to take care of them I have 3 12 year old that are interested. They all have had a little experience working with my snakes. They all live by me as well so I can help them get set up. Only if you need it though!
And I have to agree with everyone else...report him. If anything you can do it anonymously (ok I totally spelled that wrong) ....but you get what I am saying!!
