These are zeros, a 100% pure locality morph, vin russo mentioned them in his new book, that when they first bred these wild caught longicauda they through these up, its recessive gene, like albino so both parents have to carry the gene

How arboreal are these? Any more or any less than the others you have.

I know the island boas are some of the most arboreal and their primary food source is migrating birds.

I'm curious as to what your home observations are.

She used to be more when she was smaller, she definitely uses her branches still tho if she's waiting for food or it's defrosting in the room she will be on there waiting

My son came round tonight to look at the new roswell ladder tail boa and had "Mama Quilla" out, the lightning wasn't very good I'm afraid, but you can at least get a scale of her. From the research I've been doing it seems that the Peruvian Boa are some of the biggest boas in the world. I love the Peruvian because of their bright red tails. Seeing as how big the Peruvian boas get is it a bad idea to under feed them to grow them slowly? For example instead of offering a boa a large rat every two weeks maybe switching to a medium rat every two weeks. I'm new to the hobby and I'm looking to some of you who are more experienced owning boas.

It might be worth you watching a you tuber called" Brians boas" he always has his Peruvian boas on there.and has an amazing locality collection
It's always best to slow grow boas in my opinion anyway, they don't all get over 10 ft, there all different like humans not everyone is over 6ft
