    Thanks everyone for the sympathy.

    It was a hard hit to take last night.. Been a rough week.

    As for why? I'm not sure.

    There is a LOT of yolk left, and the other two in the clutch are fine (with less yolk), so I'm trying to determine if it was just lack of nutrients, or something else, but in reality it is all speculation.

    Sad times, it's has never been easy, and it continues to not be, but... it happens, and you have to be prepared.

    RIP, little one.

    I wouldn't stress it Heather, it's a natural part of life. Even in our unnatural enviroments with our "optimal conditions" nature will always show you who's boss at the end of the day.
