You can have some of my weight. lol! 5'10" and 247 as of right now. Very wide shoulders, wide body, with that "V" torso thing goin on. I'm also "over weight". I was about double my muscle mass on the arms last jan...before I got in TWO car accidents last year..completely throwing me off schedule. The lowest I've ever gotten was 220 at this same size.

Lets see.. since we are talking about suppliments and neutrition and all that junk.. I eat healthy, balanced, proper portions. When I'm exercising I go with a soy protein shake for my breakfast after a workout. Yes, soy. Whey = milk; me = lactose intollerant, haha. I've managed to tune in my suppliments to what feels like the best, basically eliminates my soreness from workouts, and packs on the muscle at a surprising rate, but right now im in physical therapy for my back and neck.

for exercise..I ended up adopting the p90x program. For those that don't know, it focuses on "muscle confusion" as well as ALL the muscle groups, not just bis and tris. It's very sound. ~an hour of lifting every other day. Then I bike on my mountain bike 2-3hrs a day.

I was in karate for 10 years of my life, and was on our national competition team most of those, placing enough times that I cant really count. The people I trained and competed with/against were World competitors too, I would have been on the team as well, but I could not afford to fly to Poland and the like. :tears:

...I can't wait till I'm done with physical therapy so I can hit the weights again. I'm going crazy. :taz:

I life 2 times daily. Ill lift in morning before work and then again at night time.
After 5 years in College athletics the lifting sticks to you. I went into college at 6'3'' 215 and came out 6'3'' 241lbs. I can only imaging what id look like once i stop lifting.

Not a body builder but power lifter going for size and strength.
