If you are willing to pay 145$ for a dinker and invest all the time and money....Me I prefer to spend a little more and know what I got....Hes kinda cule I guess.....

I produced some nice looking black back and reduced or speckled snakes from similar parents, but they don't really seem to be genetic. They look like yours though. Here are a few I produced.

Good luck with him. I hope he makes something interesting for you, but just because you paid $145 for him does not mean it is not a normal. I also would not really consider that snake a reduced pattern or a black back even, but that's just my opinion. If you ever get a chance to look through a few boxes of CH imports you will find hundreds that look like yours. Like I said though. Good luck. It's a nice looking snake. I just think you paid about $120 too much for him.

The thing is man, if you paid 145 dollars for him and you think it was worth it, then you got a good deal. But with the years of experience people on this forum have, and countless posts, a lot of us know what were talking about.

Reduced pattern and Black Backs are not known morphs. Raise him up and see what happens though, HEY, you never know. But DO NOT be disappointed if you don't hatch out the next best thing.

It can be genetic, depending on the line...

If you have a Ralph Davis Line Reduced Pattern, then good for you!

If you don't, have fun proving him out!
