I went cold turkey a few years ago. In my opinion, it is the best way to go. I did get sick for about a week after I quit. I think it was my bodies way of fighting back. Who knows.

    Good luck!

I hope I will not upset other people around but this is first threat I have read whole... :) post by post and from the beginning. You must be really strong person.. I smoke just cigars and like 1-2 per year :D. Just to enjoy more special moments in my live. However I can imagine how you feel. You must get over two major things:

    1. your body is screaming: "I want nicotine!!!!" and you must keep saying "No way..."

    2. anytime you do anything when you joined cigarette before... you must feel like "something is missing to me"... and say again for your self "cigarette... no way".

that's how your body and your mind must react those days... that's why you must be... no YOU ARE really strong because you got your self to this point and I can't wait you post in few days something like: "today is a week from day zero" :gj:

btw.... what is that 'cold turkey'?
