Last week at The White Plains Expo there was a guy there selling Spiders for $150 and Mojos real cheap too. I think they were about $200. I didn't get his name and he was still setting up so i didn't find out who he was. The snakes looked good to me, just young. I would have bought the Spider but my wife told me before the show that she would kill me if i got another snake.

So let me get this straight EDC.... You are trying to sell a NEWBEE, who isn't even sure what a spider is, a hatchling that YOU can't even get to eat???

If that is the case, You are a perfect example of the bad side of this hobby. Why are you really selling so cheap? Is it because you have already made a name for yourself in the industry?

NO WAY would I buy the snake from him. OP, it will cost a little more, but if you are interested we will be happy to point you towards some REPUTABLE breeders.

By the way, the reputable breeders are having no trouble moving snakes... even with the crappy economy. You, are "different" then them.

first off i don't even remember talking to this person about a snake. and 2nd if a person had no experience with balls and the baby had not eaten yet i would not sell it to them, plenty of babies take a few weeks to start eating. and its not that i cannot get it to eat, i have only tried once, so i will try again over the weekend, and when it does. the price will not change.I have made no name for myself good or bad, i have about 45 adult ball pythons, various types and i breed for a hobby the xtra money is a plus.i am selling so cheap because i need some cash.if the guy does not want to buy the snake he does not have to. and i am far from the bad side of this hobby. the bad side would tell someone the snake was eating, i said it had its first shed and had not eaten yet.GO TRY AND BEAT ON SOMEONE THAT IS A SCAMMER, BUT GET OFF MY BACK BECAUSE ONE THING I AM NOT, IS A SCAMMER OR A PERSON WHO GIVES THIS BUSINESS A BAD NAME!!!

OH and by the way if you look around you will see bumblebee's and all kinds of morphs going for next to nothing compared to what they were even a few months ago. but i guess they are selling sick snakes also.

IF SOMEONE WANTS TO BUY A BABY FROM ME AND THE BABY HAS NOT EATEN YET, AND THEY HAVE NEVER ASSIST FED A SNAKE, THAT PERSON CANNOT BUY THE SNAKE.that is not something i will put in the add because who knows when i will get a call and if the snake has eaten by that time!

I think you should go check your racks, i think your garter snake just escaped. lololol

I really like you guys, i had no idea what i was going to do tonight, now i have a purpose, other than selling innocent people sick snakes.oh lets not forget giving this business a bad name thats me. go yell at the guy who took your lunch money in school, cause you are barking up the wrong tree here, jaguar fan!!! lololol

You know all of this just because the guy is selling his snake for cheaper than the average price? Maybe he doesn't have a good reputation yet or a lot of positive feedback, but everyone has to start somewhere. Until he gets feedback saying he is reputable or not it isn't fair to jump to conclusions and condemn him. Why aren't you tearing into the OP for trying to buy a snake that is young and hasn't eaten? Consumers have a responsibility to educate themselves about the item they are buying just as much as the seller has to be honest and open with the buyer about the item.

To me, YOU are the perfect example of the bad side of this hobby. Making snap judgments with little to no real information about the situation at hand. Did he ever sell you a sick snake? Do you know anyone he ripped off? Didn't think so. It's horrible to try to ruin someones reputation without any real evidence.

I wouldnt buy or sell a hatchling that hasnt had 3-4 consecutive meals. It doesnt matter who they come from. That is just the standard procedure. Price is irrelevant.

Until an animal is an established feeder the chance of survival drops significantly. Any one who knows anything about breeding BP's sticks to these simple guidelines.

Thks, Alot. One Thing I Will Not Do Is Misrepresent Anything I Have Or Am Selling. I Welcome Anyone Interested In Anything I Have, To Come Look At How My Snakes Are Taken Care And All My Adults And Babies.

Heres The Deal, I Have A Shrimp Boat That I Have Been Trying To Get Finished So I Can Support Myself And My Family. If I Need To Price A Snake Cheap To Move It, Maybe It Means I Need Some Cash Like Alot Of Other People In This Economy.

Thanks For Your Positive Remarks Its Refreshing!
