It seems like it's a pretty mixed bag everywhere. The PetCo near me looks like it takes decent care of their BPs, but their fish are in horrible shape. The PetSmart has ok fish, but I almost wanted to cry when I saw their BPs - all in horrible, horrible shape - all in the middle of bad sheds. It was sad.
