ok ok ok ok ....ok so how come there is a fine for sagging and possibly jailtime...but yet chicks can walk around with their thongs hanging out of their LOW...rider jeans.

Oh oh oh oh ...or this...I wear LOW cut shirts alot. I like them. If you don't so what...anyways. Why is it ok for me to walk around with my boobs somewhat exposed?

you never see women with there pants below there cheeks! just hip huggers! and thongs have a mind of thier own....i love it when women bend down in the supermarket or riteaid and they try to cover the thong with thier left hand as then bend down! hahahaah! that doesn't help!

For the same reasons I can't walk around showing testicleavage... NOBODY wants to see that. Cleavage and whale tails aren't usually offensive. Acceptable double standards. :D
