Did you for sure miss all the veins?
I ask that because you can cut a vein and kill them in the egg if done wrong (I'm sure you know that)

Yes Ma'am. Only had a smaller then pin sized drop of blood in one egg, that one was one of the normals that have already hatched.
The three in question were all alive and moving untill this morning.

I thought that was true, but in Brian's (BHB) video when ge cuts the eggs, it looks like he isn't too worried about hitting a vein. Is it not that dangerous, or is he just that experienced that he can fly through those kinds of things with perfection?

You can kill it if you hit the main artery/vein.

I saw a video of a guy cutting a clutch of, I think Retic eggs, and this guy could have worked at Benihana's...he must have cut open 30 eggs in less than a minute...:O
