We are using the basement for some rodents, colubrids, GTPs, and our incubators. It's a little cooler down there so it's been working out well! Sadly I don't think I'll ever be able to produce enough rats, especially the XL and XXL size. :rolleye2:

Yah, the XL and XXL are hard to raise..LOL. IF you just hold back all of your males, they will get to that size though.:D

Congrats Ben. Man am I envious. That place looks like it makes for easy, enjoyable work. I can't wait to see some pics in a few months after you have deemed it complete.

Seriously...I'm raising rats for our boa and burm...takes bleddin' forever to get a male rat up to @400g...
