Ehh... I'm a product of "spare the rod, spoil the child" method. Of course not in public, we knew not to act up in public, that was a big no-no. And no-no's equal mucho no funno. Actually, I had very caring and comforting parents, if you actually had a reason to be upset they'd want to hear about it and help... But any "i want" tantrums would be met with an iron fist. And I think I turned out alright... :stupidme:
Re: Frankykeno involved in scandal?
the brashness and stupidity of people still amaze me. sometimes you wonder who acts more childish, the children or the suppposed grownups. I have a 19month old who normally behaves very well in public, but has his moments. Hubby and I take turns to try and comfort or distract him, going outside if necessary for a few moments. But I do agree, when i see some people just ignore their screaming child I get annoyed and want to smack the parent for being stupid. Glad to read that the child wasn't hurt in that melee.

Can you imagine how many kids were in that restaurant though (it's huge) and saw those adults act in that manner....just disgusting really.
You can bust my chops anytime Tim LOL. I can't believe I missed this. I usually read the Toledo Blade online but missed it with so much else going on in my life right now.

I believe the report said the police escorted about 100 patrons out. I can only guess, but I imagine anywhere from 30-70% of them were kids...
