Recommending someone to fauna is fine.....but bringing the 'fauna-ish' drama to bp.net is not needed.

I just don't want to see threads keep turning into drawn out repetitive disagreements.... that go no where...hurt feelings....then just gets thrown into thread hell because it offers no benefit to the community.

Aiming to keep the peace pal.....LMAO.....guess I am doing a crappy job since I seem combative ;)

There was no "fauna-ish drama" brought at all. The thread is Boaphile vs Reptile Basics. I gave my opinion, even pointing out that Boaphile makes a quality product. I pointed anyone who has questions about their customer service problems to Fauna and the extensive discussion of it there. Maybe the babysitting on this site needs to be brought down to a reasonable level. Look back at my post and you will see that it was not combative, argumentative or anything but an opinion as requested by the OP. Maybe there should be no more threads where opinions are requested or given. We can all just post pictures of snakes, rats and photocopies of our asses.

When I am not acting like an ass I like to bring the funny. I find that I am doing one or the other nearly 100% of the time. Oh well! You get what you get with me, no apologies...:D

I've ordered from Boaphile and I've ordered from RB. A rack from Boaphile and Helix thermostats from RB.

Boaphile really has awesome quality stuff. The customer service wasn't horrible, but it wasn't awesome either. The website says that the wait for your product should be up to 8 weeks including delivery time. I had to wait 10, and while I was in contact with them about when I would be getting my product, they gave me the run around a couple times about when it would be sent out. In the end I finally got it and it was a really great product.

Both times I ordered from RB, I placed my order online and in less than a week my product arrived. No need to further contact anyone.

The only reason I would choose Boaphile over RB when cages or racks are concerned is because Boaphile offers a wider variety of cages and I like the overall appearance over any other cage. If another supplier offered those exact cages, I would buy from them instead. Unfortunately... no one does. I also like how Boaphile's site is easy to understand when deciding what customizations you want your cage to have. I would also order another Boaphile rack one, because it is really a very nice rack compared to some others I have seen, and two, because I would get another of the same model to stack them.

There is a rack that is unique to RB that I am considering purchasing, and if I do, I will compare it to the appearance of my Boaphile rack.

Sounds like a good plan Daniel! ... I just hope to see it spread around evenly. ;)
