    lol I did the same. Most garters in the wild will live off of mostly inverts but rodents make a more complete diet than insects. Its recomended that you get them on rodents as soon as you can.:carrot:

    They will even eat chopped up pinkies when real tiny.

    lol I bet thats a mess. I know of someone that started them on pygmy mice which are a lot smaller than domestic mice and even tiny garters can usually take them with no problems
