    Living right about 15 mins away from the Wi border, it's pretty easy to get my hands on some high quality cheese.

    Mmm..nothing quite like a nice piece of sharp cheddar. I love a nice cheese omelet made with cheddar and pepperjack. I love mozzarella, it makes a great sandwich with a tomato.
