Ohhh I was out the other day and had a slice of "Candy Cane Cheesecake". Picture this....chocolate graham crust...creamy cheesecake with these lovely streaks of red peppermint flavoring...top layer of soft white chocolate. It was to die for (anyone drooling yet LOL). Best part is the candy cane/peppermit flavoring was just right, nice and tasty but not over powering the cheesecake creaminess.

Oh and Judy, lovely theme dearie....now back to packing dishes! LOL
