My store ships high dollar guitars to Europe, and we've had maybe about 2 incidents due to their faulty goof-up that a guitar was held for much longer then usual. Haha not fun explaing to a customer that their 45,000.00 strat is in customs for 2 weeks.

It's not easy ya know? I gotta train 10-15 minutes a week and uh ... hmmm thats about it. But it sure feels WAAAAAAAAAY longer then 15 minutes! :D
