Thanks again for your response. It has put my mind at ease...atleast for the moment. :) We'll wait and see if the vet agrees.
ha ha ha great!!! a fellow car audio fan.... have you been to teamtoxicbass.com and seen my hair trick videos yet?
btw that VX is nothing like that anymore... we have other stuff planed for it in 2007. so that system is REALLY old and the new system is already retired now.
sorry back to topic :P

Ya, thats what made me worry. I know how mites love the eyes!
I agree, I will be in contact with my vet. :)

Re: mite eye?
That's interesting to see. I have a rescue female who is around 3 years old and her right eye is like that. She sheds perfectly everytime and has been checked by a good vet. Everything is fine with her and the vet just thinks her eye was damaged once and the skin receded from the eye. I just keep an eye on it and make sure her eye doesn't get inflamed or the skin recedes more. I'll try to get pictures of it next week.

Re: mite eye?
Here's Breth and her wonky right eye, LoL. But she's cute and healthy(and has been mite free since I've had her, but I don't know her past history) and that's all that matters.
Blurry top picture, but you can see the white outline of the exposed skin:

Side picture, the exposure is at the dorsal(top) aspect of the eye:

Hope that helps! :)

Re: mite eye?
Thank you.
I can see it clearly in the 1st picture, and 'kinda' in the 2nd pic. :)
It looks very similar to my guy's eye. So far I have had approximately 6 people tell me that this is shed related and/or humidity related.
Thanks again. I greatly appreciate you taking the time to post those pics and your experiences with the matter. :)
