I would add that there are several things that lump could be:
genetic deformity
deformity in such a way that she is not breedable, or have some problem
parasite (there are some that will show up as lumps)
Tumor
bone deformity
It's your money, but even if you buy this animal I'd still recommend you get the "bump" checked out by a herp vet.
