LOL.....this has to be the most bias poll that I have ever seen....why not just posted an "I hate MKRs thread".....the poll should have said "Vote yes and join the group" or "Vote no and we will all badmouth you"...Do you all really want people to think that this site is full of people that like to cast out people that disagree with them? In the last two weeks, this site has become overrun with threads concerning the same topic and some members love to keep them plastered on the bp.net homepage by constantly posting garbage in them.....thats a great look to present to guests looking for basic ball python information isn't it?...or should we just post a banner that reads "Disagree with us and we will call you names"? MKRs recieves alot of publicity from these threads too...any new person coming to this site instantly finds out about MKRs and their cheap snakes...do any of you really think all people care for the future of the reptile industry if they are just looking for a cool pet?
Why not post something with no bias? Use private votes, and make the question "Would you do business with MKRs?" with a simple "Yes" or "No" answers. That way when people are looking to buy from MKRs will have an unbias presentation of the number of people that DO NOT LIKE that business instead of a bunch of people just rambling on about how they dislike them.
Someone famous had said that "If 2 million people hate me and 500,000 people love me, screw the people that hate me and I want to party with the 500,000 that love me". MKRs sales approach is very similar. Why do they need to make everyone happy when the few people that they make happy with their lowballed prices support their business and line their pockets with money? If you are not supporting their business, they could care less about you and they will continue to make money without you. It is not a stupid business tactic....but one that is used all the time. Do they care that people talk bad about them?....just as much as a cigar company cares when it pays for commercials that talk about how cigarettes are bad. They could care less how many people get hurt and the bad things that are said about them as long as they have a following that supports their business.
I would actually like to hear an educated reason why someone gives their business to MKRs. The people that have presented reasons show alot of defensiveness (or offensiveness) in their original posts and rarely give any GOOD reason....or they are part of the MKRs crowd trying to draw attention to themselves. And it really does not help when Joe Capone can't even string an sentence together properly in order to sway people to his reasoning for the low pricing (ever notice people that talk to him on the phone seem to like him and always suggest calling him?...damn car salesmen).
MKRs and everyone else that contributes to the arguements (including myself) should be ashamed of the way that they have conducted themselves at times. The reptile community should be represented as a group of people that band together to show people that reptiles are great animals....instead we are depicted as a bunch of bickering fools to people looking in.
.....It is sad to me that one companies actions can bring such hostility into the reptile community.....very very sad.
Oh...
If the question were "Would you do business with MKRs?"....my answer would be "NO". I hate the way that MKRs is doing business and the methods they are using to sell animals.....

I am getting tired of it too. Maybe they will close shop and go do something else with their pathetic lives. Then they would NEVER be brought up again.

You know what? Regardless of MKR and your support of them, you are a fool. There are no two ways around it. If you practice bad business then you deserve to be called out on it.
