    You are not getting opinions here.....you are getting the Facts :)

    If someone that trys to sell reptile professionally can not take the extra time to become a certified shipper.....I would not really expect them to spend any extra time helping out a customer or taking care of their animals.....that is why I do not buy from someone that has not gone through the proper channels to ship an animal.

    In order to get your box back, you just have to send it in a bigger outer box... They'll tell you that too when you get ready to send in your test package... it actually says that the test package application... "Is test package in outer box?" and "Do you want your test package returned to you?"
