And Marshall carries himself very professionally. He makes sure that he writes clearly so that his messages are understood, he has taken time to research the morphs that he wants to breed, and he's participating giving good advice based on his personal experiences. He would be taken more seriously than someone who doesn't display his "professionalism" for lack of a better word.
I would seriously give thoughtful consideration to buying a snake, or even doing a trade with Marshall in the future, because he has participated here for years, has demonstrated that he's taking his time, doing proper research about the projects he wants to work with, and isn't in a rush to breed.
Believe me, there are a lot of us new hobbiests who pay attention to the people who post, how intelligent their posts are (ie, demonstrate their knowledge of the care and genetics of ball pythons), and write them down as someone that we hope to do business with or maybe even trades. For example - I have never purchased anything from Tim Bailey myself - but his posts have demonstrated to me that he cares for his collection the way that I do with mine. I have referred him to posters here and on other forums because of that.
If I remember correctly - you are also interested in breeding one day. You've come to the right place to hone your husbandry and communication skills and become a valuable member of this community. Treat it as such, and it will take you far! :D
