I have never used the colored, only the white and grey. According to the company that makes it, it "Contains no contaminants, added inks or dyes, or chemicals, so it's safe for your pets!" . Your mileage may vary :)

i dont like the look of the carefresh....does ne one have a pic of coconut substrate or w/e its called

nothing really but i saw some pic a while ago that i cant find ne where that was these white shredded things that looked really good, looked soft too...dont kno what it is

That is carefresh...same as the picture given earlier, but is their "white" version.
