I also am not a big fan of the Pied look in most cases. There are a few exceptions.

I'd keep my Ghost Pied. I spent a long time looking for him.

    Cool looking snake!

If I owned him I would have to name him Socket or Plug. Those saddles look like an electric outlet to me. :)

Was thinking about using him for math equations.

I'm not a huge pied fan either. However, some are just plain stunning. I guess pieds are hit or miss with me, most miss, but the hitters are home runs every time...if that makes sense.:confusd:

Unfortunately this has happened to me recently where I did have to make this choice due to financial complications! But thankfully it was an easy one, I kept my female 4 year old pastel ball python. She was my first snake and pretty much the love of my life lol. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...dcaf72273c.jpg

Which one would you choose? :devilish:

Then it'd be Drymarchon melanurus rubidus, mexican indigo. I could probably whittle away 1/2 of the collection without feeling too much loss, and the snakes could care less as long as their needs continued to be met. Every species I keep brings something to the table I really enjoy but, all around, rubidus seems to have the most of everything - except maybe for a fun threat display like hogs and pits. My female Bioruna maculata, mussurana, would be a close second. Feeding is just as interesting(if in a different way), they're just as active and mine is the smartest snake I own. Very interesting critters to keep but the indigo wins out due to fact that I could use it more easily for reptile outreach and education. Also, if I had just 1 snake, I'd probably get tired of only dealing with the tail end of it all the time, like I do with the mussy who has recently decided my digits look mighty appetizing.
