You would think, but it's really really good! The egg is soft cooked in the oven, so it's not raw. They cut it up right at the table for you so the egg makes a creamy sauce when mixed with the other ingredients. Everybody I've pushed into trying it are total believers now.

:puke2: ugh describing it makes it sound so much worse!! I despise eggs in any form on anything so maybe that's why it sounds so gross to me!
