I have a horse too. My obsession is not only scaly things.

I want a horse but it is not feasible because of my career right now. If we have to PCS overseas, I am going to take all my animals to my mother. She will either keep them or place them in good homes for me. As soon as I am out of the service I want to get a few acres and put a couple horses on it.

Awesome. I want to buy a small(ish) farm in Texas and raise horses and scaly things.
