I had my husband pick up one of those preset all in one 20gals for his banana and it had a 100w bulb....I came home to inspect it and omg it was the same 102 I pulled the worm out and switched out the bulb for 50w. The room maintains 92 degrees cause of all the heating elements we have (7 heat lamps total)! But the beep is perfectly fine

I turn my heat lamps off at night and my temps drop into the low 70s all the time. As long as they get enough heat during the day they'll be fine at 73 overnight. Also if your UTH is still on at night the snake can always warm itself up if it chooses to. I don't have my heat lamps on a thermostat either. I use a dimmer switch for the lamps and the UTHs are on thermostats.

Remember that fall is here and winter is coming. Until you can get a thermostat, your temperatures might fluctuate, since you're using an analog.
