    So we got a little anxious and cut the eggs on day 60!! And now they are starting to poke their little heads out of the eggs!!! Are we supposed to leave them in the incubator until they come fully out?

    Hi guys! I know a lot of people will change out the substrate for wet paper towels at this point but keep them in the incubator until they are all out. Some people keep them in the incubator til the first shed as well.

    I put mine on wet paper towel as soon as they pip. I separate them and put them on damp paper towel as soon as they leave the egg and leave them on damp towel until firs shed. I do not leave them in the incubator but I am on ambient heating so I do not need to worry about heating baby tubs.
