If the goal is to get him fired, I would take the route of complaining about the things he actually did do. Lying to get someone's job taken away isn't something anyone should be comfortable with.

Not that this has to do with the OP's situation... but I see this internet rumor a lot "If you can see it, you can shoot it"

The phrase I see get mentioned a lot is expectation of privacy, I'm not sure where it comes from, but it is a defence that wins most of the time, obviously depending on the situation. It doesn't matter if it is taken on public or private property. but you can see your situation breaks many parts of the law, regardless of the expectation of privacy.

Slander (btw illegal) after you would have a clear motive for doing it.... bout the worst advise I've heard in a while.

If you don't want him taking pictures, all you have to do is tell him he cannot take pictures. From everything I have read, it is a private residence, you can do that.

Honestly OP, what is done is done, take a deep breath and forget about the moron. I don't see why anything else would come from this.
